The conveyor is designed for transportation of raw meat in half carcasses and quarters to working places of personnel, followed by the separation of meat from bones and primal cut.

The advantage of its use – not only in large, but also in medium-sized enterprises – is the maximal optimization of production, increase of staff productivity, strict accounting of incoming raw materials on bones and sorted meat after butchering.

On both sides of the conveyor's frame there are fixed tables with removable table tops, which are working places of the personnel. Removable tabletops are made of polyamide. The conveyer belt moves along the support ways. The drive of the belt is carried out using the geared motor and the drive drum. The speed of the main conveyor belt is regulated, based on the performance of the staff. Above the main conveyor belt, there is installed the belt for transporting bones, skins and veins. This waste of butchery comes in a special bunker, under which there is a plastic tank for waste recycling. To facilitate the sanitization, in a construction support, there is provided a device for belt cleaning. The number of working places and the conveyor's size are installed in accordance with the wishes of a Customer.

Principle of operation:
Hung up meat on the bone is supplied to a receiving conveyor table for rough cutting on large pieces. The carcasses of cattle is advisable to cut into two parts in a hung up position. Then, using a bandsaw, on a delivery table, there is performed cutting on shoulder, middle and leg parts. With the help of conveyor, large parts of the half-carcasses are transported to working places of boners for separating meat from bones. At the same time, large pieces of meat could be sent to further processing, or packed into boxes (E2 type) for further use in production, or for sale as fresh meat. Bones, skin and other waste of butchery are discharged by means of an additional conveyor, which is placed above the main line, and also may be subject to account or control for the quality of processing.
Separated from bones, large pieces of meat are transferred to the next working places via conveyor belt for primal cut and further trimming. Usually beef is sorted by staff into four boxes of E2 type, and pork – into six boxes that are placed in particular places near the working cutting table. As they are filled, boxes are delivered to a place of registration, substituted by another set of empty boxes. On the geristration panel, a separation between meat for processing and large pieces for delicacy group is carried out, which can be directly forwarded to the section of salting and massing. Afterwards meat goes for processing in a machinery hall for grinding with choppers and cutters. The meat for storage or sale is also registered and distributed to its places of storage.

  1. Weighing of incoming raw materials, and inputting a technology program in accordance with a type (cattle, pork, etc.).
  2. Weighing of bones or overall production waste.
  3. Weighing of meat after butchering, assigning it a sort, and a number of a cutting table.

With additional equipping of the control system with the necessary devices, it can perform the following functions:

  • diagnosis of equipment operation;
  • monitoring of water and power consumption;
  • control of personnel access to the production hall.

Informational levels of the system operate simultaneously and independently, thus ensuring its "vitality" and preventing loss of data in case of possible failures. The operator can observe the technological process on a personal computer in the mode comfortable for analysis and perception.
