NOVATERM COOKING BOILER


NOVATERM cooking boiler is made for boiling sausages, meat products, offal, ham, liver, meat and bone broths.

Performance
Made entirely from stainless steel, NOVATERM cooking boiler meets all sanitary standards of use at enterprises of the meat processing industry. Sealed insulated construction of the boiler provides economical energy use and durability in operation.Electric heating is provided by corrosion-resistant tubular electric heating elements, which are mounted under the bottom of the boiler in an isolated oil bath. A sealed cover of NOVATERM boiler is fixed by a spring in any position, eliminating the possibility of accidental closing under its own weight at time of loading and unloading of the product.

Monitoring of parameters:
ADITEC MKA 110 microprocessor control allows to perform a cooking process according to the following parameters:

  • the water temperature in the boiler
  • temperature inside the product (through kern)
  • time of the process

Time of the temperature climb from 20ºC to 80ºC – 1 hour 20 min.
